Email Import - Static Indexing

The Static Indexing tab allows specifications to the settings used to create a doc-link document from an image file. From this window the Administrator can add, edit or delete property mappings. From this tab, you may specify the following:

1. Send to Workflow button – Is workflow enabled/disabled.

   If enabled you have additional options to configure:

   1. Workflow – Specify which Workflow the image will be sent to after import.
   2. Category – Assigns a category (tag) within the specified workflow.
2. Document – This is a pre-determined, uneditable option.
3. Company – Specifies which top-level folder the document will be indexed to.
4. Type – Determines which document type the document is indexed as.
5. Properties – Add static properties to the document as specified.
