A Note on Exchange Web Services

In order to use any of the Exchange options in the Service Provider drop down menu, Exhcange web services must be installed on the exchange server and configured for IMAP. The configuration of Exchange web services is outside the scope of doc-link.

For Email Import to work correctly with Gmail, an additional setting is required. In Gmail, the setting 'Allow less secure apps' must be turned on.

Log into Gmail and locate the Sign-in & security settings under 'My Account'. You wil find the setting under Connected apps & sites.

Outlook.com & Office 365

In some cases, it may be necessary to configure Email Import with Office 365 using Service Provider as 'Outlook.com' and manually entering the Server URL as 'outlook.office365.com'.
