doc-link Audit Tracking/Reporting

Each time a document action is taken (viewed, annotated, emailed, faxed, printed, FTP’ed, sent to a Workflow status, indexed), the action will be logged in doc-link.  Users with permissions can view audit history for a document.  Administrators can query audit records and view standard audit reports.

Be aware that when Auditing is enabled, doc-link will write to a series of SQL tables whenever a audited document action is performed.  So in addition to the bandwidth necessary for normal doc-link function, with auditing enabled, doc-link will use additional resources.  Make sure you configure Auditing to track only the information that is necessary.
