Auto-Index and Retro-Index

Auto-Index and Retro-Index automatically retrieve information from a database in order to index the document automatically – saving you time and ensuring accuracy. 

Auto-Index and Retro-Index configuration consists of the following tasks:

1. Configuring data sources that provide connectivity to legacy databases.
2. Configuring Auto-Index profiles and assigning them to a document type.
3. Configuring Retro-Index for a document type – both scheduled and triggered.
4. Configuring the Retro-Index service.

Auto-Index can be executed from the doc-link Smart Client and will respect property groups.
