Data Sources

Data sources store information required to establish connectivity to a specified database. Data sources can be used to:

1. Retrieve index information during Auto-Index.
2. Retrieve vendor codes, GL account codes and company codes from the accounting application when you are creating a distribution stamp Smart Form.  For more information about Smart Forms, click here.
