All documents matching your search criteria display in the workflow window. Each document is represented as a single row on the results grid.
By default, the first document displayed in the workflow grid will automatically
be loaded in the doc-link Viewer. If you want to open another document
in the document viewer, select a different document in the grid. If you
want to open multiple documents in the viewer, hold down the Ctrl
or Shift key on your keyboard as you select them in the grid and
then click .
