Question: I want to use dynamic routing for email, fax and print but I have very little space available on the document. I can’t designate one area for an email address, another area for fax number and a third area for print. How can I designate one area that will contain either an email address, fax number, or print value?
Response: When properties are associated with a document type you can configure validations to determine whether or not a property is valid. By using the ‘In the Format of’ operator doc-link can be configured to determine if the information is an email address, a fax number or simply an indication to print the document. In this example you can include either the email address, fax number or print designation in one designated location. The property validation will determine which property it is associated with.
