Remote Approvals - Expected User Experience

Users will receive a notification from doc-link in their email stating a document has arrived and is waiting for approval. They would then decide to approve/deny the document by clicking on one of the two links provided.

Let's assume they click the 'Approve' link. At this point, their default web browser will launch to show a message stating the document was successfully routed to the 'Approved' status. Nothing happens to the email until the user manually archives or deletes it.

If the email does not get archived or deleted, and the user attempts to click the 'Approve' link again, doc-link will recognize this and return a message in the default browser that the document has already been moved.
