Configure Remote Approvals

Remote approvals allow doc-link users to be notified when a document has been sent to their specific workflow status for processing. From their email client, then will be able to:

• See the document image attached to the email.
• Click an approval/denied link.
• Route the document to its appropriate status.

This can all be accomplished without the need to log into the Smart Client.
