Capturing Documents via ERM

Once a document type is configured for ERM, it is a simple process to electronically capture a document and store it in doc-link.

1. If you are printing a document from a Windows application, you can print the document to the designated ERM printer by selecting this printer from the printers list.
2. If you are capturing a document from a mainframe application that will not allow you to print to a Windows print spool, you can output the document as a text file.
