Advanced ERM Options
The dialog screen for Advanced ERM Options provides the settings for 
 ERM folder locations and archive maintenance. It is accessible by opening 
 Service Monitor and selecting doc-link ERM Service > Management 
 > Service Configuration > Advanced tab.
	- Click the Advanced tab to configure advanced 
	 ERM options.
- Enter the path for the Reject Folder. This 
	 folder will contain all files that ERM was unable to successfully 
	 process. Use the ellipses button to locate the folder.
- Enter the path for the Manual Indexing Folder. 
	 This folder will contain all files that have been designated for manual 
	 indexing rather than automatically indexed by extracting data from 
	 the file. The manual indexing option is specified when configuring 
	 the document type for ERM processing. Use the ellipses button to locate 
	 the folder.
- Enter the path for the Archive Folder. 
	 This folder will contain a copy of all files sent to ERM for processing. 
	 Use the ellipses button to locate the folder.
- In the Remove files after (days): box, 
	 enter the number of days files in the archive are to be retained. 
	 This only will remove files from the folder location for the spool 
	 files, not the processed documents in DocLink.
