Screen Integration is a way of automating the manual index process in DocLink by creating a single data-entry point from your ERP system. All ERP baseline field names for each integrated screen have been pre-loaded into the database. "Baseline" is a term used to describe DocLink integrations that are configured for 'out of the box' business applications. Using the DocLink Integration UI, Administrators can quickly and accurately manage required screen field mappings.
The Integration Enabler allows users to determine how workflow will behave and whether documents are updated or not with changes made withing the business application.
Linked Documents is functionality built with specific integrations to synchronize ERP documents with DocLink repository documents automatically. Depending on your ERP system, Linked Documents may or may not be available and is controlled by a license key.
