What is Quick-link

Quick-link gives a doc-link Administrator the ability to create their own integration, without writing code or modifying their business application.  The Quick-link integration can be configured to index documents, automatically move documents through workflow, and retrieve documents based on information displayed in the business application.

 

Benefits include the ability to create integrations, the ability to easily modify the integration as business processes change, and the ability to integrate with applications that Altec does not currently support with a side-by-side integration.  

 

To the user, Quick-link appears as a system tray application that is enabled via a desktop shortcut. The behavior the integration exhibits is fully customize-able from the doc-link Administrator.
