Standard Recipient

  1. On the Administration tab, click on the Output Manager tile. The Output Management UI opens.
  2. Click on the New Recipient icon on the Home ribbon.
  3. The Routing List Recipient window opens. The screen presents input boxes and three tabs for the various configuration settings for the recipient: Delivery, Member Of, Notes.
  4. Enter the Name of the recipient. The name must uniquely identify the recipient.
  5. For the Type of recipient, select Standard.
Delivery

The grid in the Delivery tab displays all output methods configured for this recipient. An output method is simply the way that the document will be delivered. Each recipient can have multiple output methods. For instance, the recipient could be configured for a fax output and two email outputs for different email addresses.

  1. To add a delivery method for this recipient, click the Add drop down menu button and select the method you want to add/create.

    Detailed instructions for configuring each of these delivery methods for a standard recipient can be found by clicking the appropriate output below:

    Email

    Fax

    File Copy

    FTP

    Print

  2. To edit a delivery method, select the method in the grid and click the Properties button.
  3. To delete a delivery method, select the method in the grid and click the Remove button.
Member Of
  1. The grid in the Member Of tab displays the routing lists configured for the recipient.
  2. To add a routing list, click the Add button to open the Select Routing Lists dialog screen. Choose the appropriate routing list for this recipient, then click OK.
    1. If there are no routing lists available, click the New Routing List… button. The Routing List Configuration screen opens.
  3. To edit routing list distribution options, select it in the grid and click the Properties button.
  4. To delete a routing list, select the routing list in the grid and click the Remove button.
Notes

You can enter information about this recipient in the Notes tab. This is a free-form text box. The information here will be displayed when you view the Recipients grid in the Output Management UI.
