Use the arrow buttons in the toolbar to scroll through pages in a multi-page report. Buttons are disabled if the report is one page in length. Enter a page number in the field to go directly to that page.

Refreshes the display of the report.

Opens a Windows standard print dialog.

Opens the Print Layout display

Opens the Page Setup dialog to configure paper size, orientation, and margins.

Opens the Export dialog where you can specify the format and destination to save your report.

Adjusts zoom level from the drop-down list.

Allows you to search for a text string within the report.
