Quick-link Configuration Report

1. If Quick-link is not currently active, enable it.

2. Right-click on the icon in the system tray and select View Configuration Report.

3. The report will display the current Quick-link configuration for the currently enabled screen.  Information contain in the report includes:

   1. • The type of application that is configured, whether it is Windows based, HTML or Text based.

      • Each screen in the selected application that is enabled.

      • All keyboard, mouse clicks and/or button events configured for each search and index action.

      • For each indexing action, all screen fields that are mapped to doc-link properties. The report also displays which properties are designated as key properties, which are required, those that can be updated, and those that will be transformed by a script.

      • Search criteria that will be used to find documents in doc-link.

4. From the report toolbar you can save the report locally to your computer or print it.
