Double-click the Quick-link Application Enabler shortcut on your desktop. This will load the enabler in your Windows system tray.
Right-click on the 
icon in the system tray and select Enable Application. Select the appropriate application from the list.
If prompted for doc-link user credentials enter the required information on the login screen.
