Workflow (Document Move – Notifications)

To configure the Document Move notifications, follow the steps above for ERM Process Failure – Notifications, with the exception noted for Step 3:

  1. Click on the Conditions tab. You can specify the conditions that can be used to determine the execution of the event. The conditions will vary depending on the event being created. For Document Move notifications, one required condition must be configured.
    1. The required conditions are already checked. Click on the workflow status link to select the status this notification must fall under to be created.
    2. Check the box next to any additional optional condition(s) to enable them.
    3. Then, click on the link to open the drill-down dialog window associated with each condition.
    4. Once you have selected all necessary conditions, click OK on their dialog screens to return to the notification configuration screen.
    5. Each selected import source will be listed in the rule description box.
      • To edit the rule, click on an underlined value.
      • The Options... button allows you to clear all conditions and view the conditions in XML format.
