Prior to configuring Barcode, create a new document type for rejected barcode documents. You can later conduct a search within the DocLink Smart Client for rejected documents to find and manually index all such documents. For all document types configured for Barcode, add a Barcode Failed property. This must be a Boolean type property. If the document type you are configuring for Barcode can have multiple pages where page order is determined by values found in the barcode, add a Barcode Failed Pagination property to the document type. This must be a Boolean type property. Click here for details on creating a master property. Click here for details on adding a property to a Barcode document type. |
To create a barcode source, click the Add button. The input source configuration window opens on the General tab. Options on the Barcode Input Source Config window allow you to specify basic definitions and manage document types tied to your source.
