DocLink Smart Client Login Screen

To log in to DocLink:

  1. Using Internet Explorer, navigate to the web page where DocLink is hosted. Click the Launch DocLink link.  Alternatively, you can click the smart client shortcut on your desktop. The login screen will open.

  2. Enter the URL for DocLink.

  3. Check the box to Use Windows Authentication if you would like to login to doc-link as your Windows user account.

  4. Enter your DocLink User ID.

  5. Enter your Password.

  6. If you wish to save your login information for future use, check the Save profile as option and name your profile.

  7. If you want DocLink to remember your login information, check the use this profile for automatic login option.

  8. Click the Browse... button if you wish to search archived (off-line) documents.

As part of the login process DocLink will check the version of your client installation with the version the server is running. If client updates are available they will install automatically.
