Viewing Supporting Documents

If configured to do so, workflow can show all related documents for any selected item in the grid. Workflow searches for documents sharing the same key properties and displays these matches in a search results window. Key properties are those marked as 'Require Value' in the Workflow Manager. Contact your workflow supervisor if you are unsure which properties are used as keys.

To See Supporting Documents:

1. Open a supporting documents workflow and select a document from the upper grid.  Supporting documents with matching properties will show automatically in the lower grid, or…
2. Select a document from the grid and click the button, or from the Workflow menu, select Supporting Documents...
3. A second Search Results window opens. Your selected document will re-display, and if applicable, all associated documents.
4. Click an item in the grid to open it in the viewer, and/or click to view its details.
