To add a sticky note to a document while displayed in the doc-link Document Viewer:
Click from
the toolbar.
Create the sticky note by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the pointer diagonally to the size you want.
Click inside the sticky note to type the text.
While the sticky note is selected, right-click and select Properties from the menu to define the sticky note’s font and color attributes.
To edit a sticky note while displayed in the doc-link Document Viewer:
Hold down the left mouse button and drag the pointer diagonally to select the sticky note.
To change the font, color or text attributes right-click to view the Attributes dialog. From the dialog you can change the text’s font, color and text attributes.
To edit the
text itself, move the mouse over the text until you see the cursor. Double-click
to enter edit mode. You can edit the text directly within
the sticky note.
To move the
sticky note, place the pointer on top of the selected text until the
cursor
appears. Hold down the left mouse button and move the sticky
note to the new position.
