Stamp annotations in the doc-link
Document Viewer add permanent annotations to documents. Standard
Stamps are used exactly like you would use a ‘Received’, ' Approved'
or ‘Paid’ date stamp or any other kind of generic stamp on a business
document. Access to standard stamps is controlled through the Stamp
permission. The button
will be grayed out and unavailable if you do not have the authorization
to use stamps.

Unlike other annotations, stamps cannot be deleted or hidden once they have been applied to a document. |
