The Index tab allows you to index or re-index a documents.
If applicable, use the down arrows to change:
· Top-level folder (required field -- labeled ‘Company’ in the example above)
· Type ( also called document type --required field)
Currently indexed values will display in the property list at the bottom of this tab. If you click an existing property, it will automatically load the existing property in the Edit field where you can make changes.
Press the Enter key or Shift+Tab on your keyboard to update your changes to the property list at the top of this tab.
To add an additional/or new property, click one of the item under Document Properties. In the blank field below this list, enter a property value for the currently selected property.
Press Enter or Shift+Tab on your keyboard to add this new value to the property list.
To save your changes to the document click the Save button again, or close the viewer and you will be prompted to save your changes.
Click the Reset button to revert changes.
