To add a line annotation to a document while displayed in the doc-link Document Viewer:
Click from
the toolbar.
Hold down the left mouse button and drag the pointer to draw the line.
While the line is selected, right-click and select Properties from the menu to define the line’s appearance. You can specify the default color and weight of line and whether or not the line will appear as a solid line or a highlight.
To modify a line annotation while displayed in the doc-link Document Viewer:
Double-click the line annotation or hold down the left mouse button and drag the pointer diagonally to select the line annotation you want to modify.
To modify the appearance of the line, right-click to view the Attributes dialog. From the dialog you can specify the default color and weight of line and whether or not the line will appear as a solid line or a highlight.
To move the
line, place the pointer on top of the selected line until the cursor
appears. Hold down the left mouse button and move the line
to the new position.
To change the length or angle of the line, select one of the sizing handles that appear at the ends of the line. Drag the sizing handles to the correct position.
To set defaults for line or freehand line annotations, select Tools > Options from the viewer’s menubar and click the Lines tab. |
