Viewing Assigned Workflow Roles

Roles control security access in workflow. To see which roles are assigned to a workflow:

  1. From the Workflow Explorer, select a workflow.
  2. Click the Roles tab. You will see all currently configured roles that can access the selected Workflow.

To edit or add a role:

  1. Click on the Roles tile on the Administration tab.
  2. Click Add button in the to configure a new role, or double-click an existing role to edit it.

Configuring a Supporting Documents Workflow
