The user will only be able to see data listed in the lookup windows that match the filtering criteria entered in the User Filter Configuration dialog. If a user does not have any filtering criteria defined, they will be able to view and access all records in the corresponding cache table, no filtering is applied.
From the specific cache table to be set for filters, click the Assign Filter Values... button to open the User Filter Configuration dialog window.
