Running the Barcode Service
In order to process barcode documents, the barcode service must be running. If the service is not running, documents will remain in the
input source until the service
is turned on.
 |
The Barcode service requires
at least one client application to be installed on the same machine
running the service. Since the service uses the doc-link
unified login to access the database, make sure that all user
accounts that use this client have permission to all Barcode document
types. Also check the Remember login option on the doc-link
Login screen.
If the Barcode Services cannot determine which login to use,
or if it attempts to use a login without the proper permissions,
it will error. |
