Assign Smart Forms

  1. Open the Roles window and select the Smart Form tab to associate Smart Forms with the role. The grid displays a list of each Smart Form that has been associated with the role.
  2. To add a Smart Form to the role, click the Add button. The Manage Smart Form dialog is displayed. All Smart Forms that have not already been associated with the role are displayed in the grid.
    1. To locate a Smart Form in the displayed list, enter a text string located within the item and click Search button. The Smart Form containing the text string will be displayed in the grid. Click the Clear button to refresh the grid.
    2. Select one or more Smart Forms and click OK.
    3. The selected Smart Forms will be associated with the role on the Smart Form tab.
  3. To delete a Smart Form from the role, select the Smart Form and click Remove.
  4. Continue this process until all appropriate Smart Forms have been associated with the role.
