With Selected Property Criteria

The Property Criteria Editor provides detailed property configuration for routing documents based on the routing list requirements.

Match These Criteria

This grid will display all configured criteria for the routing list based on the properties of the document being routed. The Criteria Join clauses allow you combine criteria to further define and filter documents for routing. The Or clause will look for either 'property A' or 'property B' before routing. The And clause requires 'property A' and 'property B' are on the documents before routing takes place.

1. To add a new criteria, click the Add button. You will now be able to define the criteria.
   1. Property - Lists all properties for the document type that is assigned to the routing list. These are the only properties being evaluated.
   2. Operator - Lists all available conditional operators based on the property (and its property type) selected.

      The property types are:

      • string (or text)
      • number
      • formatted number
      • date/time
      • boolean
   3. Value - This field is enabled based on the operator selected for the property.

      

2. To remove criteria, highlight the line in the grid and click Remove.
3. When you are done configuring property criteria, click OK to save and close the screen. Click Cancel to close the screen without saving changes.
