The title of the status designated as the 1st
in the workflow sequence is always bolded (Unprocessed in the
example above). This will be the starting point in your workflow.
Statuses that are outlined with dotted lines (DELETE
and Processed in the example above) are hidden statuses and
cannot be viewed by workflow users.
Click each object in the designer to change the
focus to that object. Handles will appear around the object with focus.
If a status is selected in the Workflow Explorer, the corresponding
object in the designer will also be selected.
You can resize objects by clicking and dragging
handles.
To move objects around, click it and drag it to
a different location
If you wish to remove an object from the Designer,
right-click it and select Remove from Designer from the context
menu.
Caution! If you select
Delete from the right-click menu instead of Remove from
Designer, your selected object is removed from the Designer
and deleted from workflow.
