Question: I’ve configured a document type for ERM and mapped the properties, but one of the properties has multiple values on the document and only the first one is being captured.
Response: Make sure that the mapping for multi-value properties is correct.
The document will be displayed in the doc-link ERM File Viewer. A box will be displayed around the previously identified location for the property. Make sure the rectangle is large enough to include all possible values for that property. If a property can have multiple values, make sure the rectangle drawn to specify the location for that property covers the entire area
where the values can be found. For example, an AP Check can contain multiple values for the Invoice # property. Therefore, the appropriate column must be specified as the location for the Invoice # property. Each value located in that area will be stored as a separate Invoice # property value.
