Navigating DocLink Administrator

The DocLink Administration tab provides the tools necessary to configure and monitor the DocLink suite of products. Information here is split into five distinct sections, based on similar content.

You must be a member of the Administrators role in order to view the Administration tab. Administrators have unrestricted access to DocLink.



Monitoring

Comprised of the modules responsible for the configuration, reporting, and monitoring of services, transactions, and auditing in DocLink.

User Access

Modules responsible for the configuration and management of users.

Documents

Modules responsible for the configuration and management of documents.

Processing

Modules responsible for document processing and routing.

System

Modules responsible for configuration and setup of the DocLink system.

Search Input

Enter search terms to return all associated items. Search terms are stored as keywords in the AdminComponents table in the database.

Recent Items

Click on the button to expand the Recent Items list. Use the push pins to pin frequently used items to the list.
