Editing a Workflow

  1. Navigate to the Workflow Manager. If you receive an error when attempting to open the Manager, check to make sure the doc-link Remote Host Service is enabled.
  2. Select a workflow you wish to modify.
  3. Click the + icons for each item listed under your selected workflow to expand the folder list displayed in the Workflow Explorer.
  4. Select the workflow item you wish to change. The options displayed in the Properties window change to those that are applicable for the item selected in the Explorer.
  5. Change how documents move through your workflow using the Designer.
  6. Change workflow roles. Specify who can access workflow and what actions they can take.
  7. When changes are complete, click the Save button to save your changes and File > Close to exit the Workflow Manager.
  8. Test your modifications.
