**IMPORTANT** The order of active rules matters greatly and can be a serious determinant of performance on your system if not well placed. As a general rule, move high volume events to the top of the list and keep low volume events lower in theist. Example – If the number of documents moved into the AP Processing workflow exceeds documents moved into the HR Workflow, it is best practice to promote the AP Processing rules to the top of the list and to demote low volume document rules to the bottom. |
