Search Workflow for Documents

1. From the main DocLink Inquiry window, click the Workflow tab in the toolbar to switch to workflow inquiry.
2. From the Workflow list select the workflow you wish to open. Click the button to toggle group display.
3. From the Initial Status drop-down list select the first workflow status (i.e., workflow activity) you wish to see document in. Once the workflow window opens, you can switch between different statuses.
4. From the Initial Category drop-down select the category you wish to filter documents by. Select <All> to view all documents. Once the Workflow Search Results window opens, you can switch between different categories.

For security purposes users must be assigned to the proper workflow and statuses in order to search, view and/or process workflow documents. The Workflow tab will not be visible unless you have sufficient workflow rights. See your DocLink Administrator for more information regarding DocLink Security. Documents in the Workflow Results Grid will be filtered to display only those documents you have been granted access to.
