Re-pagination refers to the reordering, adding or removing pages within a multi-page document, or transferring pages from one document to another. Re-pagination occurs in the viewer using the thumbnail view.
You can enable or disable thumbnail view in the DocLink Document Viewer by clicking the Thumbnails
button in the toolbar. Thumbnails give you a graphical representation of each page of the current
highlighted document.

The ability to re-paginate or remove pages for a document and transfer pages from one document to another is controlled through the re-paginate permission. You must have re-pagination permissions as well as specific Top-level Folder and Document Type to complete the tasks below. |
