Delete vs Remove Documents from Workflow

  1. From Workflow Supervisor, select the documents you want to delete. To select more than one at a time, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard as you click.
  2. Click the Delete button in the toolbar.  When a document is deleted from the Workflow Supervisor it is deleted from the DocLink system.
  3. Click the Remove  button to send a document to the designated "remove from workflow" status. You can view the contents of this status by clicking the Workflow menu and choosing View Remove from Workflow Bin. If a remove workflow status has not been assigned this bin will be empty. Documents set to this status will be removed from workflow but not from the DocLink system.

The workflow list is filtered to include only those workflows and statuses to which you have been granted access via DocLink Security.

The documents in the grid are filtered to include only those top-level folders and document types to which you have been granted View permissions via DocLink Security.

The Delete button will not be enabled unless you have delete permissions for the top-level folder and document type of the selected document(s).
