DocLink Smart Form – Processing Sequence Tab

The Processing Sequence Tab defines the order in which DocLink processes mapped properties into an integrated system.   This tab mainly applies to GL Smart Form distribution stamps configured through the IntegrationDB or could apply to customized Smart Form distribution stamps.  This tab does not apply to document creation and document processing Smart Forms.

It is important that you do NOT modify the processing sequence of GL Smart Form distribution stamps that came from DocLink. The import process will NOT work even if one element is out of it’s proper sequence.

Each sequence section displays a list of all elements of their respective tabs, as defined by selecting the Include in Processing Sequence option on the element's Behavior tab. Use the Up/Down arrow buttons to move fields in the sequence grids up and down the list to re-order them.
