Remote Approvals from Mobile Devices

This is a unique feature for DocLink, but it requires some additional setup to have a public-facing domain for the remote workflow -or- the mobile device must be able to be connected to the network through a VPN.

The creation of a public-facing domain is outside the scope of DocLink. Please consult your IT Group on getting this configured if you will be using this feature.

The approval move will work with any device that can receive email and access the web page from that email including:

• Windows Phone
• Blackberry
• Windows
• Mac OS
• Linux
• Internet Explorer
• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Opera

In addition, some mobile devices will need to download an application to view TIF images. Blackberry and Windows Phone natively support viewing TIF images. Android and iOS devices require a 3rd party application.
